Srisailam Dam is a dam constructed across the Krishna River at Srisailam in the Kurnool district in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India and is one of the 12 largest hydroelectric projects in the country and lies in a deep gorge in the Nallamala hill range. Its elevation is about 300 m and is 512 m long.
